How to Use the Fee Grid  (back to top)

To determine the fee - Count the number of people in your family or group over the age of 7. To be considered a group you must all be staying together in the same housing. Decide on the package that applies to you.

Commuter means that you are not staying in Camp Housing, nor camping on Camp property, nor signing up for meals at the Dining Hall.

Lodging means that you are staying either in Camp Housing or camping n the Camp’s property, but are not signing up for meals provided in the Dining Hall.

Lodging and Meals means that you are staying in Camp Housing or camping on Camp Property and are signed up to receive meals in the Dining Hall.

Meals may be purchased on an individual basis at the door during the Conference.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Notice how housing and lodging fees are determined: They are now part of the total price if you are staying on the grounds. There is not a separate fee for RV spaces, tent sites, or camp housing. It is included in the Conference fee. You are asked to indicate if you are staying in an RV, tent, or camp housing. Please contact the Camp Office or the Registrar for specific housing information and availability.

Family/Group Definition: Count in your group or family the number of those ages 7 and older who are all staying together in the same housing (the same room in camp lodging, the same RV, the same tent). It may be multi-generational or just friends if you are all staying together in one place on the grounds.

Lodging Explanations: Wi-Ne-Ma Christian Camp offers a variety of housing options, from RV and tent camping to staying in the Lodges. Housing is assigned by the Registrar for the specific conference. The Conference fees include RV, Tent, or Camp Housing. Contact the Conference Registrar for availability of specific lodging.

Housing can consist of RV, Tents, or Camp Hosing. Camp Housing is assigned by the Registrar on a first-come, first-served basis at the Registrar’s discretion. Camping sites for RV’s and Tents are also assigned at the Registrar’s discretion.

Check-In is required upon arrival. Registration is at the office of Patience Hall.

Minor Persons 18 years of age or under unaccompanied by parent of guardian must have written assignment of responsibility from parent or guardian to an adult sponsor in resident attendance at Camp or Conference in session.

Please Do Not Bring: Dogs and other pets, firearms, fireworks, bicycles, roller blades, scooters, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs. Be mindful of the close community setting of these Conferences and be considerate of your neighbors.

Contact the Camp Office (503) 392-3362 with questions or concerns.
