I am most excited about the students who are influenced by our Coaches/Teachers than anyone else [outside their families] to excel in what God has gifted them to do,“ Potter stated, "The FCA Vision To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches."

As Director of International Missions role, according to him, is to “serve and disciple to make more disciples to serve.” Therefore, he says, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes “will seek to serve and to reach out to Coaches, Athletes, and Teachers who have no relationship with God or Christ and then begin a discipleship journey for life.”
